To achieve this goal, the General Manager leads department heads in defining the company’s quality policies, objectives, and commitments to serve as the overall quality guidelines.

Through the leadership of the Quality Assurance department and collaboration across related functions, all employees are expected to fully understand, implement, and maintain these quality principles.
